📍 Work Type: 

  • Fully Remote within Canada, with the option to work from the office if you’re located near HQ in Newmarket, ON 

🎯 What You’ll Do (Your Superpowers): 

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive digital transformation strategy aligned with business goals 
  • Lead the adoption of emerging technologies such as AI, cloud computing, automation, and data analytics to drive operational efficiency and customer engagement 
  • Oversee the modernization of legacy systems, ensuring seamless integration of new digital tools 
  • Champion a data-driven culture, utilizing analytics and insights to make informed business decisions 
  • Collaborate with IT, marketing, operations, and other business units to implement digital initiatives successfully 
  • Identify and evaluate digital solutions that improve internal workflows, enhance customer experiences, and drive revenue growth 
  • Ensure cybersecurity and compliance best practices are embedded in digital initiatives 
  • Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of digital professionals 

 

What We’re Looking For (Our Wishlist): 

  • 10+ years of expertise in driving digital transformation, IT strategy, or related fields 
  • Proven experience leading large-scale digital transformation projects within mid-to-large sized environments, with a track record of successful implementation and delivery  
  • Deep understanding of cloud, AI, automation, and data analytics 
  • Extensive experience with Microsoft solutions, leveraging the full suite of Microsoft tools to drive productivity, streamline workflows, and enhance operational efficiency 
  • Experience with Genesys or other IVR technologies to drive innovation and operational efficiency would be considered an asset 
  • A demonstrated track record of aligning digital initiatives with business objectives, driving tangible, measurable outcomes 
  • Strong ability to develop and execute long-term strategies, aligning technology initiatives with business goals 
  • Experience leading change management initiatives, ensuring smooth transitions to new technologies and processes 
  • Skilled in managing vendor relationships, ensuring successful deployment and integration of digital solutions 
  • Ability to establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the impact of digital transformation initiatives 
  • Experience managing cross-functional teams and engaging with senior leadership 
  • Exceptional communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
