We are looking for a Head of Sales Engineering to partner with our Sales Team to support StackAdapt’s growth. You will provide technical sales support during the sales and customer lifecycle and align our solutions to our clients needs. This will include technical discovery, product demonstrations, solution architecture, and making technical and architectural recommendations. Reporting into our SVP Global Client Services, you will work alongside the sales and partnerships team focusing on the most strategic opportunities globally.
What you'll be doing: - Establish technical credibility in sales motion working alongside sales and partnership teams
- Owns the solution design and creates blueprints for proposed solutions. Takes initiative in assisting partners in designing their integration with StackAdapt
- Working with StackAdapt Product, Solutions and Engineering teams to design and build solutions
- Addresses technical inquiries posed during meetings with customers and partners and diligently follows up on questions they cannot immediately answer
- Convey best practices across the Revenue organization
- Provides proactive and prescriptive guidance to technical and non-technical audiences
- Hosts events and training sessions to convey best practices and to support feature releases
- Contribute to the development of technical content and GTM collateral
What you'll bring to the table: - Well versed in advertising, data management technologies and concepts integral in designing DSP architecture, e.g. identity resolution, ML and inventory management
- Partnering closely with Product, Solutions and Engineering to develop deep level of understanding of solution capabilities and tech stack of StackAdapt
- Proficiency with APIs and integration methods.
- Understanding of software development, processes and methodologies.
- Experience with UX principles and their application in product development.
- Ability to engage with clients to understand their technical needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to oversee projects from conception to completion
- Experience in customer success or developer relations, focusing on post-sales support and engagement.
- Hands-on experience with the development and implementation of technical solutions for clients.
- Familiarity with offering value-added services, such as custom development or packaged solutions.
- Excellent presentation abilities in front of all levels of technical and non-technical audiences (e.g. product demos, blueprints for proposed solutions, etc.)
- Able to establish trust with clients, and the ability to influence key decision makers
