The University at Buffalo (UB) Provost Administrative Operations department seeks to hire a Staff Assistant for Resource Management. In this position, you will provide key executive, financial, procurement, human resource, and operations related support. This position works closely with administrative staff within the Office of the Provost as well as with administrative support staff within Vice Provost units to coordinate activities and operations related to resource management. This position serves as liaison to all parts of the university including the president’s office, deans, vice presidents, vice provosts, faculty and staff related to resource management issues and other concerns. This position reports to the Assistant Vice Provost for Resource Management.
