ERM is seeking a motivated, detail-oriented Staff Collections Specialist (Entry Level), who will manage their own collections queue. This individual would need to resolve administrative delinquencies in a timely fashion while managing cash flow in support of DSO reduction. This position will be cross trained to support cash applications in both US and Canada.
RESPONSIBILITIES (include but are not limited to):

Responsible for day-to-day collection activities.

Inquire on delinquent accounts via phone, email, portal, web-inquiry.

Actively document client issues including promises to pay and client payment issues on AR report via Share Point.

Work within AR Matrix follow up schedule for client reach outs/escalations.

Research and resolve client issues and payment activity; ability to identify root cause and propose a solution(s).

Adhere to Collections Policies and Procedures

Track personal/team performance in order to own personal performance impacting DSO.

Use all methods of skip tracing to obtain contact information.

Ensure DSO/Collections objectives established by the Division are met and support the business growth.

Manage queue assignments including write offs, statement of accounts, running payment history reports, track updated credit ratings.
REQUIREMENTS:

High School Diploma (bachelor's preferred)

Minimum experience 3-5 years.

Must be Intermediate level in Excel.
