Staff Product Security Architect

We are looking for a Staff Product Security Architect with in our Information Security team. As a part of our team, you will be at the forefront of security architecture, driving the design and implementation of secure solutions that support our product development and business needs. You will play a critical role in identifying, designing, and integrating security practices and standards across our product portfolio.
As a Staff Product Security Architect, you will be responsible for providing guidance and advice on product security, particularly focusing on threat modeling. You will be responsible for creating and maintaining our threat modeling program, helping to identify, prioritize, and mitigate potential security risks in our products. You will work closely with our product and engineering teams to incorporate security by design principles throughout the product development life cycle.
- Lead and maintain a comprehensive threat modeling program across the product lifecycle, from concept to design, development, and deployment.
- Work with product teams to identify, prioritize, and mitigate potential security risks.
- Ensure that security is integrated into product design by implementing secure design principles and methodologies.
- Develop and maintain security architecture standards, frameworks, and guidelines.
- Assist in the development and maintenance of the FedRAMP compliance program, ensuring that our products meet and exceed compliance requirements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define product security requirements and review system designs for potential security risks.
- Provide security training and awareness to product and engineering teams to foster a culture of security.
- Participate in incident response activities as needed, helping to investigate and mitigate product security incidents.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field.
- A minimum of 7 years of experience in information security, with a focus on software security and threat modeling.
- Strong understanding of threat modeling methodologies such as STRIDE, PASTA, or DREAD.
- Expertise in cloud security and understanding of FedRAMP compliance requirements.
- Deep understanding of secure design principles and familiarity with common security libraries, security controls, and common security flaws.
- Professional certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or GIAC are preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate complex security risks and concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Additionally, the total compensation package for this position may also include an annual performance bonus, stock, and/or other applicable incentive compensation plans.
