Procore is looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our ROSE (Revenue Operations, Strategy & Enablement) team. In this role, you'll ensure the on-time, high-quality delivery and execution of the Revenue Planning program. Our Revenue Planning program includes our annual financial target-setting process, headcount capacity planning, territory and quota development in addition to revenue policy, and compensation plan design. Execution of a successful program requires alignment and communications across key stakeholders, including Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Operations, Finance and Commissions. This role requires an individual that possesses a strong project management background. You will have the opportunity to make an immediate impact and help us evolve our Revenue Planning program.
This role is a critical member of the Revenue Planning team, should have a high level of curiosity and be motivated to help us deliver and execute a successful Revenue Planning Program. This position reports to our ROSE Chief of Staff and can be based in any of our US-based offices or work remotely in the US.
What you’ll do:
Partner with the Revenue Planning team and key stakeholders to ensure a successful Revenue Planning program. Together you’ll build and maintain project plans outlining clear deliverables interdependencies and milestones.
Establish and execute effective project team meeting cadences, fostering transparency, collaboration and alignment.
Work with key cross-functional stakeholders to keep the Revenue Planning program on schedule while seeking opportunities for process improvement and efficiency.
Lead program activities, manage risk mitigation, communicate status to senior management and cross-functional stakeholders
Build framework and lead execution of project communication to keep executive leadership and stakeholders informed
Ensure critical milestones are met, actively identifying and solving cross-functional issues, escalating and creatively problem-solving risks
Conduct post-project retrospectives to identify and implement improvement areas to evolve the revenue planning program
Assist in leading and managing various projects and initiatives across Revenue.
What we’re looking for:
8+ years of relevant experience
Bachelor’s Degree
Business background and knowledge of Annual Planning process and Revenue teams
Strong knowledge of project management methodologies
Project management certification preferred
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills with ability to influence
Knowledge or experience related to financial and/or headcount target setting a plus
Agile and problem-solving mindset with keen attention to detail and ability to distill complex problems into actionable plans
Ability to quickly establish credibility, build close working relationships throughout the organization, motivate, collaborate and work successfully in a team environment
Base Pay Range $108,000-$148,500. Eligible for Bonus Incentive Compensation. Eligible for Equity Compensation. Procore is committed to offering competitive, fair, and commensurate compensation, and has provided an estimated pay range for this role. Actual compensation will be based on a candidate’s job-related skills, experience, education or training, and location.
