The Role:

You will be part of a team of cross functional members developing DailyPays strategic product offering. You'll be working alongside other great software engineers, product management, and UX people designing and building our newest product offerings.

What You'll Work On:

  • Own what you build as you architect, test, and refine the DailyPay platform.
  • Tackle a wide variety of technical problems up and down the stack and contribute daily to all parts of our code base.
  • Prototype, iterate, and deploy updates on a daily basis.
  • Be surrounded by smart, highly motivated teammates with decades of experience in the finance, technology, and payroll industries.

What You Bring to The Team:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related technical
    discipline (or equivalent experience)
  • 5+ years hands on software development experience
  • Demonstrated proficiency writing maintainable, high quality, robust code in at least one modern programming language such as Java, C++, C#, Go, Python, Javascript, or similar
  • Experience in designing and developing micro services in one or more cloud computing services (AWS, Azure, GCP, etc)
  • Demonstrated experience serverless, CI/CD, data management, security best practices
  • Experience using TDD or a desire to learn how to use it
  • Demonstrated willingness to learn new technologies
  • Demonstrated experience using source control tools such as Git, Perforce, or similar
  • Mastery in computer science fundamentals – data structures, algorithms and OO design
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Nice to Haves:

  • Experience designing and deploying Big Data pipelines with tools such as Hadoop, Spark or MapReduce

Pay Transparency

Final offer amounts are determined by a variety of factors including candidate experience, qualifications, skills, competencies, market location, and internal compensation equity.

Compensation Range

$161,600—$219,500 USD
