Staff UX Designer - job 1 of 2

Job Duties:

Responsible for full-stack product design and the design of the in-house developed enterprise phone systems and collaboration software. Devise improvements and develop new features for GoToMeeting, a communication and collaboration software product. Perform design prototyping and tool libraries, and specialized testing to ensure the data that validates whether the design is implemented correctly is recorded. Produce design wireframes that demonstrate how a software feature will function. Resolve software solutions. Create prototypes that will be implemented by engineering teams, and test the design solutions to ensure that they meet official standards for aesthetics and ease-of-use. May telecommute from any location within the continental U.S.

Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Graphic Design, Information Technology, or related field and 3 years of experience in the job offered or alternate occupation (all levels accepted) such as Product Designer, UX Architect, User Experience Designer, or closely related.

In lieu of a Bachelor’s degree and three years of experience, employer will accept 5 years of experience in the job offered or alternate occupation (all levels accepted) such as Product Designer, UX Architect, User Experience Designer, or closely related. Any suitable combination of education, training, or experience is acceptable.

Position requires experience involving the following:

• Conducting user research,
• Designing user flows and wireframes,
• Creating prototypes; and
• Conducting user testing

Annual Base Salary Range: 158,400.00- 174,000.00 - 209,000.00 USD

The above shows our ranges from minimum, midpoint to maximum. Your compensation will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions. You will also be eligible for a variable pay component and benefits.
