Overview
As a Staffing Advisor at ERM, you work at the very intersection of our business and our people. You understand the work that needs to be done in order to make a sustainable impact on our world and you find the people who will do the most impactful work to bring that work to fruition.
Your role has two critical components among many others. First is the “Resource” portion of the role. This is the ability to interpret and understand the needs of client projects based on the use of various systems and tools. In this capacity you will work with Partner and other senior leaders in order to understand the needs of their project work and the specific types of expertise that they seek. You will also learn a great deal about the most important topics of our time – from climate change and sustainability to environmental health and safety – and everything in between.
The second critical component of your role is the “Coaching” component. This component of the role understanding a cohort of consultants that you will work with throughout their careers. Effectively you are their career coach – knowing what path they want to following and helping them to follow that path in a way that both matches their aspirations and leverages the work that is available at the Firm. You are indeed the center of it all – enabling people to fully realize their talents and enabling the best solutions for our clients.
