What You'll Do as a Staffing and Training Manager:

• Oversee operations throughout the Ōnin Staffing Branches within the given region
• Create client-specific Standard Operations Procedures
• Develop a thorough knowledge of the software used in our company
• Oversee Payroll
• Identify areas for design, training, and process improvement
• Monitor recruiting and sales efforts throughout the region
• Train staffing assistants, recruiters, supervisors, and branch managers on various topics
• Travel to Ōnin Staffing Branches throughout the region

Work Experience

• Cross-organizational training experience
• Proactive problem solver
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work constructively in a fast-paced, multi-task environment
• Staffing industry knowledge
• Previous management experience
