Elevate your career with us today!Pay Rate: $25-30/hr DOEShift: 1st ShiftIn this role, you'll oversee the accounts payable process using accounting software, ensuring adherence to company standards. Responsibilities include processing vendor and utility invoices, expense reports, and special check requests with a 3-way match system, resolving discrepancies, and managing the AP email box. You'll also handle daily mail distribution, verify new vendors, categorize and record expenses, and complete additional tasks as assigned by management.Qualifications• High School diploma required; Associate Degree in Accounting or related field preferred• At least two years of office experience in manufacturing preferred• Strong communication skills with proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook); SAP knowledge a plus• Detail-oriented, energetic, and self-motivated• Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and handle confidential information• Basic math skillsWe offer a range of benefits to show our appreciation for your hard work!
