Job Title: Japanese Bilingual Inside Sales RepresentativeLocation: Itasca, ILWork Hours: 8:30am-5:30pmClassification: Non - Exempt, Full-Time, Direct-HireThe Japanese Bilingual Inside Sales Representative identifies customer needs, procures parts, and ensures timely delivery by coordinating with vendors and internal teams. This role requires strong Japanese language skills, including reading/typing business level.Responsibilities:Identify and assess customer needs and services to drive sales growth.Source and procure parts based on customer specifications.Communicate daily with international headquarter.Liaise with vendors to confirm pricing, export details, and lead times for customer orders.Prepare and provide accurate price quotes to customers.Review and adjust pricing, lead times, and conditions based on customer purchase history.Address and resolve customer issues, including mis-shipments, defects, or other complaints.Collaborate with Sales colleagues to resolve complex PO/SO or project-related issues.Follow up on overdue shipments and provide customers with order status updates.Monitor and respond to emails promptly, follow up as necessary.Resolve invoicing issues and follow up on past-due invoices.Maintain accurate customer records and update the database.Provide reports to management as needed.Perform other duties as assigned by management.Qualifications:Proficiency in both Japanese and English, with strong skills in speaking, reading, and writing in both languages.Willingness and ability to quickly learn CRM, ERP, and MS Office tools.A self-motivated individual with the potential to step up to a Sales position in the future.B2B customer service or sales experience is highly advantageous.Benefits: Medical, Dental and Vision (Company covers 100% for employee and dependents), Disability, AD&D, and Life Insurance, 401K, Vacations Holidays, and Bonus
