Hours: 10 AM - 7:30 PM
We ask that candidates who apply be flexible regarding scheduled hoursEssential Functions• Monitor and process all orders received from the Support Services Team.• Ensure that the building of the orders is processed accurately and promptly.• Determine the order's ready-to-ship date.• Responsible for preparing a "Daily Shipping List" of what is to ship out on the next day and distributing it to various departments.• Maintain close contact with the Distribution center floor to ensure shipments are dock-confirmed.• Responsible for routing and scheduling daily pick-ups and printing of Bills of Lading for carrier loads.• Ensure that the routing and scheduling of carriers follow customers' routing/vendor standards.• Maintain close contact and work jointly with support services to solve any problems with orders.• Ensures that all orders follow customer standards to reduce Traffic Department related chargebacks.Employee Benefits/Perks: We offer weekly pay, medical insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, life insurance, 401k, short-term disability, employee discounts, referral bonus potential, and more!Qualifications• 1+ years of related work experience in a warehouse environment.• Working knowledge of shipping documents (Bills of Lading, Packing Slips, and Manifests).• Detail-oriented with strong communication, multitasking, decision-making, computer, and organizational skills.• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
