Senior Growth Marketing Manager (SEO/Content)

Description

Stampli is looking for an innovative, strategic marketer who thrives on building and scaling marketing programs that push the boundaries of what’s possible.


This role starts with SEO but is built for a marketer who leverages AI, automation, and experimentation to redefine marketing programs and drive innovation. You’ll take ownership of SEO strategy and execution while also expanding into other high-impact marketing initiatives, including product-led growth (PLG), upsell strategies, website experimentation, performance marketing, and AI-driven marketing innovation.


We’re looking for an innovative self-starter who moves fast, tests new ideas, and finds creative solutions. If you love building new marketing playbooks instead of following them, this is the role for you.

What You Will Do

SEO & Growth Strategy (Immediate Focus)

  • Own and execute SEO strategy, including technical SEO, content optimization, and AI-driven efficiencies.
  • Lead SEO-driven content production, leveraging AI tools and subject matter experts (SMEs) to create scalable, high-impact content.
  • Optimize technical SEO, including site architecture, structured data, indexing, and site speed.

Expanding into Broader Growth & Marketing Programs

  • Own and scale PLG initiatives, optimizing self-serve adoption and conversion strategies.
  • Support Install Base AE (IBAE) upsell efforts, creating content and nurture strategies to expand customer value.
  • Lead website experimentation & CRO, testing and optimizing user journeys for better engagement and conversion.
  • Oversee performance marketing initiatives, leveraging data-driven strategies across digital channels to enhance brand awareness and engagement.
  • Leverage AI and automation to optimize marketing workflows and unlock new growth opportunities.

AI, Automation & Innovation

  • Experiment with AI-driven marketing tools to streamline workflows and improve execution.
  • Stay ahead of emerging digital trends, running tests to validate new approaches.
  • Push boundaries by identifying areas to innovate within Stampli’s marketing strategy.

Cross-Functional Leadership & Agency Management

  • Manage SEO and performance marketing agencies, freelancers, and vendors to scale marketing efforts.
  • Collaborate with sales, product, and install base teams to align marketing efforts with growth and retention goals.
  • Partner with content, demand generation, and digital teams to ensure messaging consistency and marketing innovation.

What You Will Bring
  • Versatile Marketing Leader – A strategic, technical, and creative thinker who adapts and excels across multiple marketing functions.
  • SEO & Growth Expert – 5+ years of experience leading SEO, content, and growth marketing strategies.
  • Innovative & Strategic Thinker – Comfortable experimenting with AI, automation, and emerging marketing technologies.
  • Agency & Vendor Manager – Experience working with SEO and performance marketing agencies to execute scalable strategies.
  • Data-Driven Marketer – Strong analytical skills, with experience using SEO and marketing performance tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.).
  • Technical & Process-Oriented – Skilled in technical SEO, structured data, automation workflows, and conversion rate optimization.
  • Startup Mentality – Adaptable, resourceful, and eager to build and scale marketing programs from the ground up.

The base salary hiring range for this position is $130,000 to $150,000 and equity. Compensation offered will be determined by factors such as location, level, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
