Full-Time Guest Services Associate

Guest Services Associate 
  
The Guest Services Associate provides all guests with exceptional hospitality while finalizing their sales order.  
  
Reports To: Management and Office Lead   
  
Essential Functions:  
  
• Finalizes orders in a friendly and efficient manner.  
• Provides all guests with an IT Guest Experience.  
• Completes daily audits and Office Checklist.  
• Assists guests with any questions on orders or accounts.  
• Answers incoming calls and directs to appropriate person/department.  
• Responsible for opening and closing procedures.  
  
Requirements:  
  
• At least one year of experience in a customer service environment.  
• Cash handling experience.  
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Supervisory Responsibility: None.  
  
Work Environment: This position operates in a retail showroom environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, tablets and other office equipment.  
 
Physical Demands: The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this position. While performing the duties of this position, the employee is regularly required to talk and/or listen. The employee frequently is required to stand, walk, use hands and fingers, handle or feel, and reach with hands and arms. The employee may stand and/or walk up to 6-7 hours in an 8-hour workday.  
  
Position Type / Expected Hours of Work: This position requires at least 40 hours per week as a part of a standard retail schedule. To include evenings, weekends and holidays.
