StartEngine is seeking an organized and detail-oriented Onboarding Support Specialist to join our team on a contract basis. As the Onboarding Support Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient onboarding of companies onto our platform. You will provide essential support and track progress to help meet our ambitious launch goals.

• Founder Communication - Regularly call founders to check in on their progress in the onboarding process.

• Deadline Management - Track and manage onboarding deadlines, ensuring founders are aware of key milestones. Notify Onboarding Managers when deadlines are missed or met.

• Detailed Note-Keeping - Maintain comprehensive and accurate notes of all conversations with founders. Relay information to Onboarding Managers to ensure they are well-informed of each company’s status.

• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
• Experience in customer support or client-facing roles is a plus.
• Proficiency in using CRM systems and other project management tools.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and processes.

• This is a remote contract position.
• Hourly rate of $20 per hour.
• Expected commitment of 20 hours per week.
• The contract duration is 3 months, with the possibility of extension based on business needs.
