The Role

• Technical Leadership and Architecture: Guide the development of system architecture, focusing on high-quality code, reusable components, and scalable, maintainable structures. Drive decisions across both backend and frontend, ensuring system integrity and alignment with business goals.

• Product and Feature Development: Lead the development of product features in close collaboration with members of our cross-functional team. Focus on creating intuitive, engaging user experiences that meet business goals and exceed user expectations.

• Cross-functional Collaboration: Foster a collaborative culture by working closely with engineers, designers, product managers, and customer support. Ensure technical feasibility of UI/UX designs and contribute to the iterative design process.

• Documentation and Knowledge Sharing: Lead by example in documenting code, architectural decisions, and development processes. Encourage knowledge sharing within the team to promote learning and development.
  
  

Requirements

• 8+ years of software engineering experience, with 3+ of those in a senior or leadership role.

• Demonstrated ability to lead technical projects and make architectural decisions.

• Exceptional proficiency in TypeScript with a deep understanding of its features and best practices.

• Proficiency in a broad range of technologies, including but not limited to React, CSS, PostgreSQL, GraphQL, and REST.

• Proven experience collaborating closely with design teams to implement responsive, pixel-perfect UIs.

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively articulate technical challenges and solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
