Client Relations Representative - Remote Work

Job Description:Starwood Hotels & Resorts is seeking a passionate and resourceful Client Relations Representative to join our team on a full-time remote basis. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in client relations or a related field.Responsibilities:- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty- Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate and execute client requests and projects- Analyze client feedback and data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement- Utilize emotional intelligence to effectively communicate with clients and resolve conflicts when necessary- Provide support and guidance to clients on our products and services- Assist in developing strategies to enhance the overall client experience- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in client relationsRequirements:- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field- 4+ years of experience in client relations or a similar role- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive decision-making- High emotional intelligence and the ability to empathize with clients- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Proven track record of building and maintaining client relationships- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM softwareBenefits:- Travel and spending expenses covered- Paid sick leave- Vision insuranceWorking Environment:At Starwood Hotels & Resorts, we embrace creativity in a culture that values fresh ideas and inventive solutions.
