A 800 crore FMCG Company with presence in more than 6 states,needs STATE SALES & MERKETING HEAD for JHARKHAND-Ranchi HQ
Age : 35 - 55yrs
Role Objective:
To drive the company's business in the State of Bihar and other eastern regions; maximizing sales while ensuring a healthy margin
Primary responsibilities:
- Plan and execute strategy for exponential growth business in Bihar, increasing the number of -distributors and retail outlets for the products and increase depth in large outlets.
- Develop strategies with Marketing and Trade Marketing for product promotion
- Ensuring, through the logistics and supply chain team, that the products are reaching the retail outlets in time to maximize sales
- Ensuring a robust and efficient cash collection process
- Build robust sales processes to minimize individual dependency in the business
- Leverage in the use of technology to the most optimum extent to maximize sales and removal of inefficiencies
- Driving a culture of performance in the team

Level of Education:
Post Graduate Diploma / MBA or equivalent in Sales & Marketing
Experience
15-20 years in Sales & Distribution in leading FMCG companies
Currently handling a state or part of state with minimum turnover of Rs 100 crores & managing a team of reporting Sales personnel
Preferably having at least one stint in Eastern India
