Who We Are: The Department of Technology, Management and Budget (DTMB) supports the business operations of state agencies through a variety of services including Information Technology project delivery, maintenance and support. This position is with the Agency Services area of DTMB supporting the Office of Retirement Services (ORS).What We Are Looking For: We are looking for a person who understands the value of public service and wants to help us meet the needs of our public-employee citizens and someone who embraces diversity. We need someone who can help resolve problems in a timely manner and seek effective solutions.About The Position: This position performs a complete range of information system analyst assignments including, but not limited to, designing, developing, testing, and implementing computer systems and applications for the Office of Retirement Services. Typical assignments would include assisting in the creation of new program components, enhancing application functionality, and analyzing and resolving problems with existing code, in adherence to Agency Services Serving Retirement (ASSR) standards and development methodologies: including Unit Testing, Feature Flags, CI/CD Pipelines and Automated Security and Testing functions.Position Location/Remote Office: The office location is Lansing, MI. The State of Michigan is not able to offer employment to out of-state applicants that do not plan to relocate.
