Incumbents may be tasked with managing, organizing, and directing sections within Investigations and Recovery such as investigations, overpayments, and/or collections. The incumbent will review, interpret, and communicate laws, regulations, policies, and procedures to subordinate staff; participate in the development and revision of internal office, and program policies and procedures; work with federal and state agencies, community partners, and internal program areas; implement and monitor corrective action plans; and perform related duties as assigned.
