Additionally, those working on-site at least three days a week may qualify for an extra 5% premium pay.Join us today—apply your skills to partner with individuals, providing the support, care, and resources they need to shape their own lives!Some of what you will do:• Provide patient care and ensure the safety of individuals experiencing behavioral health issues.• Exchange important clinical information during shift changes.• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.• Complete medication orders and maintain electronic documentation in Pyxis.• Implement security policies and procedures.• Educate patients on their care and treatment.• Assist with moving and transferring patients, de-escalate situations, and escort or transport patients as needed.What we're looking for:A valid Washington State practical nurse license, or the ability to obtain one before employment.
