In this role, you'll experience the excitement and dynamics of the private sector while working within a government agency. Are you ready to bring innovative marketing strategies and make a positive impact? Come join us!The position's primary responsibilities include:• Responsible for designing and executing sports advertising partnership portfolio.• Communicate and works directly with the Ad agency and PR firm in accordance with the Assistant Director of Marketing through communication and collaboration.• Responsible for creating and planning annual community events programs.• Oversee the agency’s retailer merchandise program.• Supervise Graphic Designers, Event Coordinator and Merchandise Coordinator.• Serves as project lead for Statewide Winner Awareness activities.At least five years of experience successfully conducting high-level negotiations; experience in strategic thinking, particularly in the development and execution of new ideas or projects, increasing brand visibility and driving revenue growth with an emphasis on profit/loss and pro/con logic.The ideal candidate will also have the following competencies:• Possesses a thorough understanding of the Lottery's business and is able to consult with business managers to evaluate and devise applications to meet the agency's business needs.• Ability to provide information and options in a timely manner; ask questions to ensure that appropriate and complete information is being provided. Identifies key facts in a range of data. Notices when data appear wrong or incomplete or need verification. Distinguishes information that is not pertinent to a decision or solution.• Demonstrated creative ability is required. Heavy emphasis on attention to detail, and budgeting skills.• Ability to oversee diverse partnerships, manage multiple projects with tight deadlines and strict timelines.• Attention to Detail. Diligently attends to details and pursues quality in accomplishing tasks. Performs tasks with care; is thorough. Makes few, if any, errors. Checks work to ensure accuracy and completeness. Compares observations or finished work to what is expected to find inconsistencies. Remains aware and takes care of details that are easy to overlook or dismiss as insignificant.• Makes timely, informed decisions that take into account the facts, goals, constraints, and risks. Gathers data and others’ input when making decisions.
