At Stavvy, we’re on a mission to revolutionize remote business transactions, and we're looking for a passionate Concierge Specialist to join our dynamic Customer Support team in Boston, Massachusetts. In this exciting role, you'll become a key player in ensuring our enterprise partners experience seamless remote online notarization (RON) closings. As a Concierge Specialist, you’ll gain in-depth knowledge of lender and title workflows, becoming a trusted point of contact for title partners, notaries, and signers. You’ll collaborate across various teams, like Training and Customer Success, to proactively address potential issues and enhance our platform’s experience. This is a temporary 12-month contract with opportunities for extension, allowing you to contribute to meaningful changes based on valuable customer feedback. You’ll thrive if you enjoy a fast-paced environment and are deeply committed to customer satisfaction. With responsibilities ranging from ensuring efficient workflow processes to refining training materials, you’ll be integral to our mission of delivering tailored solutions and seamless transactions.
