Deployment Strategist

We are one of the leading tech investment firms globally, with a track record of investing in some of the most valuable companies in the world.

We are helping our early stage (Pre-Seed -> Series B) portfolio companies grow their teams.

One of our portfolio companies is looking to hire a Deployment Strategist who will take responsibility for ensuring the success of new and existing customers to scale the company's AI product.

We are looking for people who have a few years of experience in a customer facing engineering position, ideally with enterprise customers (though not a requirement).

This is a great role for former or aspiring founders who want to deeply understand a customer's needs and ensure the product can deliver on it.

It is a role that won't easily fit into the standard 9-5 setting as supporting customers doesn't occur on predictable timeline.

The company is full time in-person in their San Francisco office.
