Augment your staff for short or long-term engagements, or for specialized expertise on specific projects.We have more than 25 years of staffing industry knowledge and can provide you with superiorcandidates to match your technical and professional needs.Job DescriptionEnsure regulatory compliance of products, labels, advertising and promotions as well as adherence to Kraft policies and guidelinesDevelop nutrition and regulatory technical information for ingredients and productsReview/approve label graphics for regulatory compliance and technical accuracyReview advertising and promotional materials for technical accuracy and complianceProvide nutrition and regulatory guidance on project teams to enable accurate decision-makingPartner with R&D and business teams to identify opportunities for the brandsStay abreast of nutrition and regulatory developments and identify opportunities and implications to the businessQualificationsB.S. in Nutrition, Food Science or related scientific fieldMinimum 5 years of experience in Regulatory, Nutrition, R&D or Quality with a global/US food manufacturerExperience with FDA/USDA food regulations, specifications, and labeling databasesExcellent problem solving, organization, and time management skillsExcellent written and oral communication skillsAbility to handle complexity, multiple projects and work under tight timelinesStrong drive for results and ability to bring projects to completionWilling to travel 5%Knowledge of FDA and/or USDA regulations and their applicationExcellent problem solving, prioritization, and organizational skills Attention to detail, must have strong voice and be a leader willing to be vocalAbility to handle complexity, multiple projects and work under tight timelines.Strong drive for results and ability to bring projects to completionAbility to learn on the fly and is detail-oriented (able to switch gears quickly as the needs reprioritize)Excellent written and oral communication skillsComprehension of PLM software (Experience with Interspec is a huge plus) and a packaging review system (Mosaic)Additional InformationDuration: 9 Months Contract
