Warehouse Supervisor

The Warehouse Unit Leader will be responsible for overseeing and developing highly functioning work teams, comprised of team leaders and team members. The Warehouse Unit Leader will practice the Stellantis Leadership Principles in a World Class Manufacturing (WCM) - Warehousing facility while holding themselves and others accountable. The selected candidate will lead a team in daily activities, resolve problems, analyze root causes, and utilize kaizen activities to drive continuous process and quality improvements while ensuring a safe working environment for employees.

Basic Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work any shift and overtime as required
• Experience with Microsoft Office applications
