YOUR ROLE

The Product Line Coordinator’s role is to support the product line management function through product data management and distribution. In this foundational position, you will have a vital role in managing, maintaining and distributing product data according to the GTM calendar. By ensuring that product information is accurate and up-to-date, you will contribute to improving the overall efficiency and effectiveness of our product line. Your proactive approach and attention to detail will enable our team to make well-informed decisions regarding product development, pricing, and marketing strategies.

This position requires the candidate to be based in Jackson Hole, Wyoming. We are open to candidates who are willing to relocate and can assist with relocation expenses for the right candidate.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Owns and drives data integrity of all line plans in Centric product line management system
  • Maintains PD Change log
  • Primary contact for product details, system maintenance and data accuracy
  • Builds and shares product VLP’s (Visual Line Plans) with cross-functional partners as needed to provide a detailed visual representation of the product for better collaboration.
  • Coordinates work according to the GTM (Go-To-Market) calendar, ensuring all deadlines and milestones are met to support timely product launches
  • Partners with PLM team to capture product details to aggregate and articulate via presentation decks and PIM system, facilitating effective decision-making and streamlined workflow
  • Responsible for managing physical samples or the process behind it, ensuring accurate representation of the product in various stages of development
  • Partners with the planning team to organize and distribute demand and buy plans for the purpose of line planning and strategic presentations, supporting data democratization and alignment across functions
  • Utilizes Centric to creates Bill of Materials for footwear, equipment and apparel accessories in partnership with product creation team to capture components and specifications for production
  • Responsible for ensuring data accuracy of all line plans in the Centric-based product development software

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • 1-2 years of product experience in the same or similar role required
  • Associate degree or higher required, in a product or apparel related field
  • This position requires the candidate to be based in Jackson Hole, Wyoming. We are open to candidates who are willing to relocate and can assist with relocation expenses for the right candidate.
  • Must be extremely organized and detail oriented,
  • Proficiency in MS Office, with a strong emphasis in Excel
  • Exceptional and collaborative communication skills
  • Team player with the ability to work independently, take direction and follow through
  • Ability to effectively create and manage processes

We provide competitive compensation packages, inclusive of base pay, incentives and benefits. The base salary range for this role is $50,000-$62,000. It would not be typical for someone to be hired at the top end of the range for the role, as actual pay will be determined based on several factors including experience, skills and qualifications.
