Stoneridge Software is looking for an experienced Team Manager who will be responsible for managing individual team members across a range of technical competencies as well as provide strategic leadership in a fast growing, entrepreneurial, values driven environment.

 

We are looking for a proven people manager and dynamic, strategic thinker who will lead a team to deliver outstanding services across Stoneridge Software. This role will interact closely with a broad and diverse set of internal stakeholders to foster a cohesive, creative, and comfortable working environment, mediating any interpersonal issues within the team, providing leadership and direction where necessary. They will also be a key contributor to long-term strategic initiatives for a fast-paced, growing organization.


A Day in the Life
  • Exhibit expertise and knowledge as a PreSales Architect while managing and coaching a team of PreSales Architects to increase the overall win rate for SToneridge Software
  • Manage a team with a diverse background and experiences while ensuring their self-development and career advancement plans are established and well-communicated
  • Establish and achieve team member individual targets; this includes identifying appropriate professional skills and technical mentoring plans for each team member
  • Build & manage strong relationships with internal teams to facilitate the sharing of information to ensure informed business prioritization and decision making
  • Successfully handle and manage team client escalations related to Dynamics 365 demos
  • Guide the team to ensure that demos are met and delivered in a timely manner so that client needs are heard and met
  • Collaborate on cross training ideas and workshops to ensure knowledge is kept up among the team on the latest technology
  • Drive alignment across all departments to ensure a holistic "One Stoneridge" approach to delivering services with the highest quality and speed to value
  • Drive strategic transformation initiatives, including proactively identifying and solving roadblocks in the process to get ahead of changes in our business
  • Operate as an outstanding people leader, with proven record of accomplishment of attracting, retaining, and cultivating high performing talent that is both a company fit and will contribute in meaningful ways to the long-term goals of Stoneridge Software
  • Foster and champion psychological safety and a positive team environment


Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree plus a minimum 8 years of Dynamics 365 implementation experience
  • Experience leading, managing, and motivating a team through various stages of growth and/or leading by example and mentoring others providing growth to other team members
  • A record of accomplishment of exceptional partnering across a various internal business groups, executive stakeholders, and execution partners with ability to build solid relationships with individuals at all levels
  • Proven impact and influence skills - ability to work broadly across disparate groups to gain agreement on direction, integrate disparate opinions into cohesive strategy/message and present/defend recommendations.
  • Exceptional written, verbal, and creative communication skills, including ability to translate insight into content, create slide or written presentations, create overall communication plans
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics technologies
  • Ability to deal with ambiguity and navigate uncertain situations to drive for clarity; work calmly and maintain good judgment in fast-paced, high-speed environment
  • Pre-Sales Architect Experience preferred

Work Location: This position is available on a REMOTE basis in the United States or REMOTE in Canada (Alberta, British Columbia, Manitoba, New Brunswick, Newfoundland, Nova Scotia, Ontario, Prince Edward Island, Saskatchewan).

Travel Required: Incumbent is expected to periodically meet with client teams across the United States and will be asked to attend industry events from time to time.

Compensation
  • Our philosophy is to provide compensation that is Competitive, Equitable, and Driven by Performance.  Various factors impact our pay ranges including market conditions and national salary data. To determine competitive salaries within this range we consider candidates skills, qualifications, and experience. These are national ranges, inclusive of bonus opportunities and could represent multiple role levels.

  • US (USD): $123,200 - $181,500
