You’ve honed your skills in sales development, consistently exceeded targets, and are looking to take the next big step. If you’re a high-performing SDR with ambitions to step into a closing role, this Senior Sales Development Representative (SDR) position at Stora could be the perfect bridge for you.

Stora is transforming the self storage industry with our state-of-the-art SaaS platform. We empower operators to streamline and scale their businesses with ease. Our mission is to revolutionise the self storage experience globally, and we’re seeking a Senior SDR to help fuel our growth by connecting with high-value prospects and setting up key deals.

What you’ll be doing:

Target High-Value Accounts: Strategically prospect and engage with key decision-makers. Your focus will be on accounts that have the highest potential impact on our business.

Advanced Outreach & Messaging: Design and execute multitouch outreach that goes beyond the basics—utilising email, phone, LinkedIn, video.

Pipeline Ownership: Work closely with AE's to manage and influence a high-quality pipeline. You’ll play a key role in qualifying complex opportunities and ensuring seamless handovers.

Reporting & Optimization: Use HubSpot CRM and analytics tools to track key metrics, optimise outreach strategies, and ensure consistent performance. You’ll be responsible for providing insights on how to improve conversion rates across the team.

What we’re looking for:

Proven Experience: You’ve excelled as an SDR for 2–4 years and have a track record of hitting or exceeding quotas, especially in tech or SaaS environments. You’re ready to take the next step toward an AE role.

Leadership Potential: You’re not just focused on your own success—you’re eager to share knowledge, coach others, and take a leadership role within the team.

Autonomy and Initiative: This is a remote-first workplace, so you need to be highly self-motivated and proactive. You’re confident in managing your own schedule and driving results independently.

Desire to Close: You’re one step away from becoming an AE, and you’re hungry to start closing deals. Your focus is on mastering the sales process so you can smoothly transition into a closing role within 6–12 months.
