Provide guidance and support to clients over phone and email
Utilize existing knowledge base to resolve cases
Investigate and resolve cases while collaborating with team members
Escalate issues to engineering when necessary
Serve as a payments subject matter expert
Education
Bachelor's degree in Business Applications, Computer Science, or related field preferred or equivalent work experience
