Stores Clerk - LAX

JOB TITLE: Stores Clerk

DEPARTMENT: Materials

LOCATION: LAX– Los Angeles

POSITION DESCRIPTION:

Preparing waybills for shipments
Ensure proper preparation and shipping methods for aircraft parts
Receiving materials into stores and preparing tags
Tracking part movements and the transportation of materials using an Inventory Database
Loading and unloading materials from stock, shipments, etc.
General housekeeping of the stores area

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

This position requires a high school diploma. It also requires one to hold a valid drivers’ license. HAZMAT training preferred, but not required. Forklift truck experience is preferred. Aviation experience preferred, but not required.

LANGUAGE SKILLS:

Ability to read, write and understand spoken and written English. Also, must be able to write routine reports and correspondence.
