Product Manager

As a Product Manager in the Analytics Mission Applications Group, we are looking for a leader passionate about collaborating with high-performance teams to solve unique national security challenges with novel technologies. The Product Manager is responsible for ensuring that the product developed and delivered to customers is operationally valuable.

Skills

Expertise in customer challenges, desires, workflows, and acquisition processes
Deep knowledge of STR's business and the market and industry
Creativity and strong intellectual curiosity in applying new technologies to customer problems
Persistence and strong communication skills for cross-functional collaboration

Responsibilities

Engage directly with end users to apply new technology to solve real customer problems
Develop and communicate a unifying product vision and strategy to empower designers, engineers, and scientists
Understand stakeholders and constraints to create customer solutions within business constraints
Foster team collaboration between software functionality, user experience, and enabling technology
Improve the product discovery process and identify key risks
Deliver viable solutions for customers and business
Work in a fast-paced environment to enable successful contract execution
