This role will support a global remit, with close attention to NA and will work closely with HR leadership to deliver HR services across multiple regions. The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in international HR practices, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage various HR projects and tasks effectively.Key Responsibilities:HR Operations Support:• Ensure our Global HR policies and procedures are followed by leveraging the Country HR Support model in place.• Support the coordination of international HR activities.• Ensure data integrity within the HRIS system.Talent Management:• Collaborate with our Talent Acquisition team to ensure we are hiring in line with our talent strategy.• Assist in the development and execution of talent management programs, including performance reviews, training, and development initiatives.Compensation and Benefits:• Support the implement our global compensation and benefits programs.• Work in partnership with our Reward team and leverage our compensation and benefits market data to ensure competitive compensation practices.Compliance and Reporting:• Ensure compliance with local labour laws and global HR policies by leveraging our Country HR experts.• Assist in the preparation of HR reports and analytics to support decision-making processes.Project Management:• Participate in global HR projects and initiatives aimed at improving HR processes and practices.• Coordinate and manage project timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder communication.Qualifications:• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.• 1-3 years of experience in HR, preferably in a global or multinational environment.• Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HRIS systems.• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.• Strong organizational and project management skills.What We Offer:• Competitive salary and benefits package.• Opportunities for professional growth and development.• A dynamic and inclusive work environment.• The chance to work with a diverse and international team.BenefitsWe offer programs and plans for a healthy mind, body, wallet and life because it’s important our benefits care for the whole person.
