RISING GIANT IN AUTOMOTIVE INDUSTRY SEEKS A STRATEGIC ACCOUNT SUPPORT SPECIALIST
We’re a successful fast growing company based in Louisville, Kentucky. We’re growing rapidly, undergoing a national expansion. In the past five years, we’ve grown from 60 employees to over 400. We’ve averaged 50% revenue growth each year over the past 8 years. We’re looking for an experienced Strategic Account Support Specialist to help play an important part in our growth.
Purpose:
Support Strategic Accounts initiatives of our high volume customers with products and services in the markets we serve.
Summary:
Strategic Account Support Specialist will act as a point-of-contact of assigned accounts for the day-to-day customer facing functions of our business. You will assist in outbound or inbound marketing initiatives, ensure deliverables are met or exceeded, report on marketing initiative performance, and troubleshoot potential problems. You will also gather competitive and market information to share with upper management. And you will lead the timely execution of sales initiatives and marketing campaigns within the department.
Duties Critical to Success:
- Identify, develop, or evaluate marketing strategy with Strategic Account Manager (SAM)
- Maintain sales reporting by initiative and account
- Handle inquiries and requests from customers and address their needs
- Collect and analyze data concerning consumer behavior to understand changing needs
- Initiate and partner with internal MarCom department to create marketing collateral as needed to support sales and marketing activities including, print pieces, emails, trade shows, advertisements, web pages, proposals, and reporting
- Manage and track lead generation programs
- Support strategic marketing campaigns, including digital marketing initiatives
- Project manage the onboarding of new clients
- Utilize Basecamp regularly to report progress on assigned responsibilities

Deliverables:
- Weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting to Strategic Account Manager across sales and marketing initiatives
- Completion of project forms/documentation for collateral needed across marketing projects
- Communicate customer feedback, needs and issues.
Relations to supervisory and subordinating roles within the company:
- Immediate Supervisor: Strategic Account Manager
- Direct Reports: None
Job specifications, standards, and requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Advertising or related discipline
- 3+ years’ experience in a marketing or operations support role
- Strong organization and prioritization skills
- Highly proficient in Excel and generating comprehensive reports with multiple data sources
- Proficiency with Google Analytics, Google Suite and web analysis tools
- CRM experience (Hubspot, Salesforce etc…)
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
- Familiarity with B2B ordering processes
- Excellent analytical, communication and presentation skills
Preferred:
Knowledge of rental car operations, fleet or dealership services.
Compensation:
Pay for this position includes a base salary between $65,000-$70,000, plus up to a 10% bonus.
