The compliance team has three core focuses - Documents & Enforcement, Reporting & Payments, and reducing risk in highly scrutinized regulatory markets. We engage in projects focused on automation, continuous monitoring, process improvement, and risk reduction!
This individual will focus on:

Driving the Reporting & Payments cycle every month ($25M per month, with potential of $2.5M in fines for late payments)

Working with the Financial Ops and Tech teams to improve the process where possible

Supporting the high risk markets program by engaging on upcoming technical and operational changes in these markets to determine risk levels.

Drive our monthly Reporting & Payments cycle of $25M in payments!

Work with our Financial tech and operations teams to ensure that systems are working as expected (and improve systems where they don't work as expected)

Identify automation and process improvement opportunities for our Reporting & Payments cycle

Support a key program focused on reducing compliance risk in our markets with the highest regulatory risk

For New York, NY-based roles: The base salary range for this role is $98,000 per year - $109,000 per year.
For San Francisco, CA-based roles: The base salary range for this role is $98,000 per year - $109,000 per year.
For Washington, DC-based roles: The base salary range for this role is $98,000 per year - $109,000 per year.
