POSITION OVERVIEW


Join our team as a Strategist, Engagement Marketing and make a significant impact by handling Direct Mail communications within our Customer Lifecycle Marketing function. You will support the responsibility of the entire creative process, collaborating with internal teams and external vendors to ensure flawless campaign launches and the delivery of exceptional materials. As a marketing professional, you will have the opportunity to integrate various marketing channels, provide relevant messages, launch leading edge AI-driven testing, and create seamless customer experiences. Your data-driven skills, along with your creative testing and innovation skills, will optimize our marketing communications and ensure engaging, high-quality content.


RESPONSIBILITIES


  • Work in partnership across teams to run the Direct Mail artwork creation and maintenance process. By collaborating with Product Marketing, Risk Analytics Teams, and with Print Vendors, you will ensure that the intended creative is delivered to the right recipients.
  • Perform prepress proofing, live name proofing, and color proofing to ensure Direct Mail content is free of errors, including brand consistency, logos, messages, disclosures, state-specific requirements, calls to action, phone numbers, and URLs.
  • Support a timely Legal and Compliance approval process for new creative and all edits to current creative.
  • Collaborate with marketing managers, business owners, product leads, and the creative team to gain a full understanding of business requirements, develop customer insights, and provide relevant messages to our customers.
  • Ensure high-quality and timely delivery of Direct Mail Marketing templates using Quadient tools.
  • Create, design, launch and track recommendations for creative A-B tests on Direct Mail.
  • Bring technological innovations that improve the efficiency of the operation while reducing costs.
  • Bring a holistic understanding of how Email, Phone and other channels contribute and combine to optimize customer acquisition and retention.
  • Create and update dynamic content modules that align with customer segmentation provided by partner teams.
  • Effectively navigate the relationship between data files and Direct Mail content modules to provide personalized content to our members and leads.
  • Understand content development and be able to step in for tasks such as copywriting tweaks, matching data formats, and QA.

 

REQUIREMENTS


  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Three plus years of Direct Mail marketing, preferably in a senior associate or similar role.
  • Strong understanding of multi-channel campaign execution. Familiarity with modern marketing skills, including digital marketing and data-driven strategies.
  • Increased orientation towards technology and willingness to learn new tools and platforms.
  • Creative and innovative mindset with a passion for testing and optimizing marketing campaigns.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering flawless marketing materials.
  • Exceptional collaboration and communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Knowledge of Legal and Compliance requirements related to Direct Mail marketing.
  • Proficiency in using Quadient or similar marketing automation tools is a plus.
  • Experience working with print vendors and managing print production processes is desirable.

 

"The US base salary range for this full-time position is $80,000 - $124,000.

 

Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects a national minimum and maximum range for new hire salaries for this position. Within this range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, such as job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
