Description
SCT is seeking an Executive Workforce Position Management/Classification Specialist to develop and implement a comprehensive annual executive workforce position management review process for NASA’s Executive Services Division. The Specialist shall partner with the OCHCO, in performance of day-to-day operations, utilize knowledge of strategic workforce planning, executive services regulations, and NASA policies, practices, systems, concepts, and procedures to execute and assess executive service program requirements.
Duties
Helps with the design, planning and execution of multiple executive workforce position management reviews to include distinct sessions with different functional groups.
Helps in the creation and execution a succession planning strategy and process to support and inform recruitment planning in the upcoming year.
Qualifications
Location: Services requested shall support the Executive Services Division. The position shall be badged to NASA Headquarters (Washington DC) and shall be performed primarily in a virtual environment
Travel: Some travel may be needed during the period of performance.
