Through SaaS software, proprietary data and consulting services, Sphera’s experts work with organizations around the world to help them surface, manage, and mitigate risk in the areas of Environment, Health, Safety & Sustainability, Operational Risk Management and Product Stewardship.
We are looking to hire an experienced Pricing & Strategy Analyst responsible for the pricing strategy, analysis, and execution of all new and existing products sold across multiple market segments in Sphera with all key stakeholders in sales, marketing, operations, and other leaders to align pricing and packaging recommendations for go-to-market positioning.
Primary Responsibilities:
Develops and defines pricing strategies for new and existing product offerings to support continued sales growth
Partners with Sales, Operations, Product Management & Marketing teams to align pricing and packaging recommendations to the product roadmap and determine go-to-market strategies with regard to pricing
Performs complex pricing analysis and modeling market share, price testing, demand elasticity, and competitive intelligence to develop pricing opportunity recommendations
Presents executive-level analytical results and recommendations including price trending, competitor price comparisons, pricing bands, and price realization, as well as market analytics
Defines and manages pricing metrics, reports, and dashboards for all key stakeholders
Evaluates price structure to reduce complexity and simplify solutions
Defines and oversees pricing policies, structure, and rates for all new and existing products
Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field
5 - 7 years of experience in pricing strategy, corporate strategy, management consulting, or product management experience
Strong understanding of price models, price setting, price realization, promotional spending, and bundling
Exposure to pricing systems & strategy, pricing implementation, promotional pricing, and discounting
Strong communication, critical thinking, and interpersonal skills.
Pay:
$84,000.00 - $129,000.00 + Eligible for Variable Compensation Plan
