Position Overview

StreamNative is seeking a talented and experienced Demand Generation Manager to join our growing marketing team. The Demand Generation Manager will play a key role in driving awareness, engagement, and demand for StreamNative's products and solutions across target markets and customer segments.



About The Role
  • Develop and execute comprehensive demand generation strategies to drive qualified leads, pipeline growth, and revenue generation.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Product, Sales, and DevRel, to align demand generation initiatives with business goals and objectives.
  • Own end-to-end campaign execution, including campaign planning, content creation, email marketing, digital advertising, webinars, events, and other marketing channels.
  • Utilize HubSpot to optimize campaign performance, track key metrics, and analyze campaign effectiveness.
  • Implement A/B testing and optimization strategies to continuously improve conversion rates and lead quality.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the success of demand generation campaigns and initiatives.


About You
  • 3+ years of experience in demand generation and growth marketing roles. 
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; MBA is a plus.
  • Proven track record of success in B2B demand generation, preferably in the technology or SaaS industry.
  • Experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, analyze trends, and derive actionable insights.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Collaborative team player with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships across teams and departments.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a passion for driving measurable business impact through marketing.


$50,000 - $80,000 a year
The actual base pay and total compensation package are dependent upon many factors, such as training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs, and market demands. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.
