THE ROLE
Street Diligence is seeking a results-driven Marketing Lead Generation Specialist to develop and execute a strategic marketing plan focused on market penetration across our key products and verticals. This role will be pivotal in identifying high-quality prospects, delivering targeted contacts to the SDR team, and generating marketing-qualified leads (MQLs) that convert into sales-qualified leads (SQLs). The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of outbound marketing strategies, prospect mapping, and an analytical approach to measuring success through SQLs and revenue generation.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
• Create and implement a targeted marketing strategy focused on driving market penetration within our key products and verticals to achieve measurable growth.
• Focus on generating MQLs and driving their conversion into SQLs, with a focus on revenue generation as a key performance indicator.
• Lead and manage the SDR team, providing guidance, support, and coaching to drive prospecting and lead generation efforts
• Equip the SDR team with vetted, high-quality contacts for outreach, ensuring alignment with sales goals and maximizing conversion potential.
• Research and identify target companies and key contacts within specific verticals, creating a clear map of high-value opportunities for the sales team.
• Design and execute outbound marketing strategies, including the creation of messaging, sales outreach, and drip campaigns, leveraging our existing marketing collateral to enhance engagement.
• Identify events and networking opportunities that align with our lead generation and growth objectives
WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO THE TABLE:
• BA/BS degree (or relevant work experience)
• 4+ years of experience in marketing lead generation
• Demonstrated success in achieving lead generation KPIs, particularly related to SQL generation and revenue impact.
• Demonstrated expertise in creating and managing outbound campaigns, including email marketing, drip campaigns, and targeted outreach.
• Proficiency with CRM systems (ie. Salesforce) and marketing automation platforms to track and nurture leads effectively.
