THE ROLE
Street Diligence is looking for a Head of Product Management team to join our technical team and support the creation of new products and expansion of existing ones. You will partner with the CTO to direct and manage the product roadmap and manage the business analysts in successfully owning parts of the product. This individual has a unique blend of business & technical acumen, a customer-centric approach, and the ability to work cross-functionally. This role will be located in New York and report into the Chief Technology Officer.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
Own the product development process, from ideation through execution and product growth. This includes working with the development team, setting timelines, & ensuring that all product milestones are met efficiently and timely.
Establish mechanisms to gather and analyze customer feedback regularly to ensure the product meets and exceeds customer expectations and needs.
Work with strategy to conduct market research and competitive analysis in order to stay attuned to market trends and competitive differentiators.
Foster an environment that encourages creativity and nimbleness within the product team. Implementing continuous improvement processes will be critical in this role.
Excellent project manager that can see the big picture while also drilling in on the details when necessary.
Player/coach mentality who can manage other people’s work while also executing on their own portfolio of projects.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
Have 5 – 8 years of experience in Product Management at a B2B SaaS company, including 2-3 in a leadership role
Ability to clearly communicate with all stakeholders, including clients, the development team, and senior management
Adept at gathering and interpreting customer insights and turn those needs into product features that drive satisfaction and loyalty
Proactive and strategic thinking, centered on delivering tangible outcomes
Client centric attitude, always looking to increase the client’s experience and looking at things from their perspective
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields. MBA is a plus.
Experience with Product/Project Management software s.a. Jira , Asana, or Monday.com
