Associate Director of Growth Strategy

We are seeking an Associate Director of Growth Strategy who can bridge visionary thinking with results-driven execution.

In this role, you will transform high-level digital strategies and ambitious goals into cohesive, actionable plans that deliver measurable results.

You will integrate data-driven insights across Structure’s core capabilities—Digital Products, Digital Marketing, and Digital Content. Your strategies will ensure that every effort, from email campaigns to website optimization, is strategically aligned to drive measurable client success.

At Structure, we believe in rewarding our team members generously for their hard work and dedication. As part of our team, you'll receive a competitive annual base salary ranging from $95,000 to $110,000 based on your skills and experience.

We prioritize the well-being of our employees and their families by providing 100% company-paid health and dental coverage. We want you to focus on your work and life without worrying about healthcare costs.

We understand the importance of work-life balance, which is why we offer 15 days of paid time off (PTO), increasing to 20 days after two years with us. You’ll also enjoy nine paid holidays throughout the year, giving you ample time to relax and recharge.

We currently offer a hybrid-remote work environment. To ensure you have everything you need to succeed, we also provide a company computer and essential technology.
