Positive outlook

Pros

Great early startup that didn't bloat up in the post covid era but stayed lean and focused. That means, comp is good, stock is good, market is HOT and customers actually get value out of the low code solution. Growth is cost conscious and opportunity to move into different roles is still here. People and culture are fun, close and fast paced.

Cons

Growing pains that come from communicating with 100 people as opposed to 10. Many processes are still being vetted and built, so don't expect perfection.
