Can analyze and synthesize data/information for insights and communicate them in a consumable way for decision makingWhat You Will DoAs the Associate Manager, your role involves close collaboration with the Innovation Excellence and Marketing & Sales Enablement organizations to fulfill strategic and financial goals. Your hands-on approach is crucial for delivering precise financial analysis and insights in a timely manner. Vigilant monitoring of vital financial metrics, offering well-founded recommendations, and implementing decisive actions are key responsibilities that drive the business forward.- Serve as a business partner to the Innovation Excellence and Marketing & Sales Enablement organizations - establish KPI's, track performance, and make recommendations- Conduct financial reviews with business and functional leaders, add quality business insights and identify potential opportunities for improvements- Collaborate across the business units to ensure full alignment on strategic initiatives- Participate in weekly staff calls - provide finance updates and gain insights into the business- Lead the annual budgeting and quarterly projection process (target setting and performance tracking)- Prepare key management reports such as P&L variance analysis, headcount tracking, and project performance to plan- Support the month end close processWhat You Need- Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting, MBA preferred- 6+ years experience in Finance, FP&A, or related field required- Proven track record of business partnering (2+ years experience preferred)- High proficiency in Microsoft office suite- PBI proficiency preferredYou will need to live within commuting distance to our Mahwah, NJ office.
