People who build and leverage cross-functional relationships to bring together ideas, data and insights to drive continuous improvement in functions.What You Will DoStryker is seeking a tenacious, customer service-focused Associate Project Manager to manage customer engagements from initial transition from Sales through final delivery and transition to the Support team. This role will lead internal project teams in the delivery of high-quality solutions across all Vocera product lines that meet and exceed business and customer satisfaction metrics and satisfy budget and schedule requirements. This role reports to the Regional Manager, Implementation Project Management.Responsibilities• Manage the assigned delivery teams to ensure the project meets the scope, schedule, quality and budget expectations• Proactively plan, schedule, and track project timelines, milestones, critical paths, and deliverables using industry standard tools• Ensure delivery process aligns with standards established through the Vocera Solutions Deployment Methodology• Proactively evaluate project risks, initiate problem resolution, and ensuring, when necessary, that escalation occurs to keep projects on track• Manage project communications, including facilitating regular project status meetings with all partners, documenting meeting minutes as necessary, and managing all ongoing action items• Create a Stakeholder register and Stakeholder management plan for projects• Ensure that all project deliverables and documentation are archived appropriately and in a timely manner, as well as satisfy established project review and audit processes• Conduct project close-out activities, including transitioning processes back to Sales and Support; elicit, compile, and share post-delivery lessons and feedback• May work hand in hand with a Senior Project Manager or Program Manager on large scale enterprise deployment projectsKnowledge & Capabilities• Effective communicator and presenter: understands how to engage diverse audiences, adjust as appropriate and checks for understanding along the way• Self-motivated: enjoys tackling goals, growing and developing, and is accountable for goals being met• Gains stakeholder trust, and maintains open communication channels with stakeholders, including development teams and sponsors• Stays calm under pressure and seeks to add additional responsibility where appropriate to have an impact outside of core role• Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks while managing multiple projects simultaneously• Understands when to take risk and when to escalate, evaluating issues based on parts, patterns and relationshipsWhat you will need:• BS or equivalent and 2+ years of work experience required• CAPM/PMP or equivalent preferred• Healthcare project management experience preferred• Ability to travel up to 25% throughout North America• Must be located in MST timezone and be within proximity to a major airport for travel• $75,300- $156,900salary plus bonus eligible + benefits. Actual minimum and maximum may vary based on location.
