Conduct market analysis and stay up-to-date with industry trends to identify new opportunities for growth and development. Develop and implement strategic plans to maximize the potential of the portfolio and drive business growth. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including R&D, marketing, sales, and finance to ensure effective product development and launch. Monitor and analyze product performance, market trends, and customer feedback to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare professionals, patients, and regulatory agencies. Represent the company and its portfolio at key industry events and conferences. Provide leadership and guidance to junior product managers and support their professional development.
