Job Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Portfolio Manager to join our fast-growing dynamic team at OODA Parking Solutions. The ideal candidate is someone who is interested in building a career with us, as there is significant potential for growth and advancement within the company. You will work closely with the Portfolio Manager to oversee daily operations, ensure property maintenance, deliver excellent customer service, and maximize profitability. This role requires a hands-on approach to managing our parking facilities, staff, and customer interactions to maintain the highest standards of service.Key Responsibilities:• Oversee and manage daily operations with the Portfolio Manager, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning of all parking facilities.• Assist the Portfolio Manager in coordinating and executing maintenance and landscaping projects, including oversight of contractors and vendors.• Manage, motivate, and lead a team of parking attendants and enforcement staff to achieve operational goals and maintain a positive work environment.• Train, onboard, and mentor new team members, ensuring they are well-equipped to provide top-tier service and adhere to company protocols.• Monitor inventory levels of parking supplies and equipment, coordinating restocking activities to ensure uninterrupted operations.• Provide exceptional customer service, promptly resolving any customer issues or complaints, and ensuring a seamless parking experience.• Support marketing initiatives by promoting special parking programs or events and collaborating with nearby businesses for validation partnerships.• Maintain safety and cleanliness standards throughout the parking facilities, including regular inspections and addressing any safety concerns.Qualifications:• Strong knowledge of inventory control and property management, preferably in a parking or facility management setting.• Valid driver's license.• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with customers, staff, and management.• Proven ability to lead, motivate, and manage a team effectively in a fast-paced environment.• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently, handling multiple responsibilities simultaneously.• Physical capability to lift up to 50 pounds, perform routine inspections, and participate in maintenance activities as needed.• Familiarity with parking management software and technology solutions is a plus but not required!• Commitment to delivering high-quality customer service and upholding the company’s values of integrity, professionalism, and accountability.Job Type: Full-timePay: $52,000.00 - $60,000.00 per yearSchedule:• Evening shift• Monday to Friday• Morning shift• Rotating weekends• Weekends as neededExperience:• Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)Shift availability:• Day Shift (Preferred)• Night Shift (Preferred)Ability to Commute:• Portland, ME (Required)Work Location: In person
