As ETH's central hub for artificial intelligence, the ETH AI Center fosters research excellence, industry innovation, and Al entrepreneurship to promote trustworthy, accessible, and inclusive Al systems for the benefit of society.
We are looking for passionate and engaging students to support the ETH Al Center team in their event organization, communication, community outreach and engagement to shape the future of Al in an interdisciplinary setting from research to industry & start-ups.

- During regular semester: 15 hrs/week
- During semester break: Full time (max 41 hrs/week)
- Minimum duration: 6 months
Job description / Tasks:
- Managing the startups affiliation process
- Organizing events and workshops to create an active and visible community in AI
- Entrepreneurship
- Organizing the Dandelion Entrepreneurship Award at ETH and its further future
- expansion
- Working across digital and social channels to drive awareness and engagement
- Support the team on special projects
- Collaborating and communication with relevant internal and external stakeholders across projects incl. leading researchers, entrepreneurs, and industry players, and professors
- Student in a Swiss university
- Passionate for entrepreneurship, innovation, and technology
- Open-minded and driven to proactively identify and create new opportunities
- Great communicator (English) – face-to-face, written and on social media
- Responsible and thorough in handling data
- Passionate for a variety in tasks and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment
- Ability and motivation to design and manage smaller projects independently
- Previous experience in student organizations or organizing events etc. is a plus
- A fast-paced and dynamic environment with a rapidly-growing and adapting team
- Opportunities to interact with leading researchers in the field of AI
- Networking with industry partners in AI Industry
- Opportunities to engage with successful entrepreneurs in the field of AI
