Student Fees Advisor, Office of the Bursar
Bradley University seeks applicants for the position of Student Fees Advisor, which is part of the Office of the Bursar in Financial Services.
Duties include serving the financial needs of a diverse student body: advising students on payment options and providing financial solutions, reviewing student bills to ensure appropriate tuition, fees, and financial aid is accurate, collection of outstanding accounts receivable, working the front desk to act as an initial point of contact for students as they enter the office in person or phone in, and other duties as assigned.
Bachelor's degree is preferred with preference given to candidates with experience in higher education, specifically in financial services or student services.
